The Shepherd’s Staff

The goal of the Shepherd’s staff program is to release well-equipped laborers who faithfully steward the Gospel and build up the Church.

The Shepherd’s Staff is a ministerial development and deployment program focused on producing faithful ministers who carry both sound doctrine and a shepherd’s heart. Emerging Ministers trained through this framework serve under spiritual covering and mentorship, supporting the Sheepfold vision and leading pastors in and outside the fold for Gospel outreach, mission work, and strategic placement within churches that lack ministerial capacity. 

The ministers are enrolled in Bible schools and fully funded personal development programs to sharpen their theological grounding, leadership capacity, and ministerial effectiveness. The aim is to produce well-equipped laborers who can support & lead the Sheepfold vision, serve faithfully under spiritual authority, and steward the Gospel with integrity and power.
